Job Opportunity: Amazon Product Development Specialist

About Us:
• We are a fast-growing, UK-based Amazon FBA business aiming to scale to 8 figures within the next two years.
• A small but driven team (3 people worldwide), we move fast, iterate aggressively, and prioritize learning and execution over comfort.

Hours & Compensation:
• Flexible schedule (initially 20-30 hours/week) with potential for a full-time role.
• Pay range: $800-$3,000/month (DOE, OTE).

What Excites You:
• Taking full ownership of developing highly profitable products.
• Traveling to key global events (such as the Canton Fair in China).
• Moving fast, learning rapidly, and relentlessly hitting ambitious targets.

Responsibilities:
• Brainstorm new product ideas.
• Rapidly validate ideas (demand, profitability, customer needs).
• Communicate clearly with suppliers, designers, and the supply team.
• Analyze markets aggressively—you don’t wait for instructions.
• Test samples, iterate quickly, and finalize profitable products.
• Consistently meet aggressive weekly targets.

Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in product development.
• Fluency in English, strong analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
• A genuine hunger and urgency to succeed.
• A “whatever it takes” attitude—not just “doing your best.”
• Natural curiosity, a fast-learning ability, and ambitious goals.

Preferred (but not required):
• Previous experience in toy or clothing product development.
