Amazon Prviate Label FBA Account Manager (PPC, Customer Support & Multi-Channel Fulfillment)

We are a fast-growing 7-figure eCommerce company seeking an experienced Amazon FBA Account Manager with strong expertise in Amazon PPC, customer support, and multi-channel fulfillment operations.

## Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA accounts
* Strong experience with Amazon PPC campaign setup, optimization, and scaling
* Experience handling customer support, messages, returns, and order-related issues
* Experience with fulfilling orders from Etsy, Walmart, and eBay through Amazon MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment)
* Excellent English communication skills
* Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-managed

**Nice to have:**

* Experience working with PPC data feeds
* Experience using PPC automation software (e.g., bid management, campaign automation, or optimization tools)

## Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to improve ROAS and profitability
* Monitor advertising performance and implement ongoing optimizations
* Handle customer inquiries, messages, returns, and support cases
* Manage fulfillment of orders from Etsy, Walmart, and eBay using Amazon MCF
* Track account health metrics and resolve operational issues
* Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights

## Position Details

* Part-time: 3 hours per day
* 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
* Work aligned with Pacific Time (PST/PDT) business hours
* Pay: $8.00 USD per hour
