Amazon PPC with CS experience

**Job Overview**

We are looking for a skilled **Amazon PPC Specialist / VA** whose primary core responsibility will be managing, optimizing, and scaling our Amazon advertising campaigns. While your main focus is driving profitable sales via Amazon PPC, you will also assist with off-Amazon traffic generation and general customer service support for our store.

## **Key Responsibilities**

### **1. Core Focus: Amazon PPC Management (Main Role)**

* Full setup, management, and daily optimization of Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns.
* Conduct regular keyword research, competitive benchmarking, bidding adjustments, and negative keyword harvesting.
* Maintain and improve key metrics: lowering ACOS/TACOS while scaling ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
* Create weekly and monthly PPC performance reports with actionable insights.

### **2. Secondary Focus: Off-PPC**

### **3. Admin & Customer Service Support**

* Check and respond to customer messages in Amazon Seller Central daily to maintain a perfect response rate.
* Handle basic customer inquiries, refund/replacement requests, and feedback management.
* Monitor overall account health and listing status (e.g., hijackers, suppressed listings, buy box losses).

## **Key Requirements**

* **Expertise:** At least 2 years of solid experience **specifically in Amazon PPC** (proven track record of lowering ACOS is required).
* **Off-PPC Skills:** Basic to intermediate experience in Amazon VA skills
* **Customer Service:** Great written English communication skills for professional buyer interactions.
* **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10 / Jungle Scout, and Google Sheets/Excel.
* **Traits:** Analytical, highly organized, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
