We are looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Specialist to support our growing Amazon Private Label brands. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly experienced in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.
Your main focus will be improving ad performance, reducing ACoS, scaling profitable campaigns, and driving overall sales through effective advertising strategies.
Work Schedule
* Philippine Time
* Part-time – 4 hours per day
* 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (with 1-hour break from 12:00–1:00 PM)
Compensation
* Starting rate: $3/hour
* Increase to $4/hour after probation (based on performance and KPI evaluation)
Key Responsibilities
* Set up, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
* Perform keyword research and build effective campaign structures
* Analyze search term reports and optimize targeting
* Adjust bids, budgets, and placements based on performance
* Scale profitable campaigns and control ACoS/TACoS
* Conduct competitor and market analysis
* Monitor daily campaign performance and key metrics
* Provide actionable insights and optimization suggestions
* Coordinate tasks and updates via Asana
* Track time using Clockify
Required Experience
* At least 6 months of hands-on Amazon PPC experience
* Proven experience managing Private Label PPC campaigns
* Strong understanding of ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, and campaign scaling strategies
* Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
* Experience handling multiple campaigns/accounts
Additional Skills (Plus)
* Experience in listing creation
* Ability to perform keyword research and incorporate it into optimized listing content (titles, bullets, backend search terms)
* Knowledge of how to publish listings on Amazon while following Amazon policies and guidelines
