JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled PPC Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon advertising campaigns while also supporting product data distribution across Walmart, Target, and other key e-commerce marketplaces. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of paid media and marketplace operations. You will own our Amazon advertising strategy and play a direct role in ensuring clean, accurate product data reaches every sales channel we operate.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon PPC & Advertising

• Plan, build, and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns across our Amazon catalog
• Conduct ongoing keyword research, bid optimization, and budget management to hit target ACoS and ROAS goals
• Monitor campaign performance daily and provide regular reporting with actionable insights
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and match types to continuously improve results
• Identify and execute growth opportunities within Amazon Ads, including hands-on management of DSP campaigns

Marketplace Data & Operations

• Manage product data transfers to Walmart, Target, and additional marketplace channels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with each platform's requirements
• Coordinate listing setup and updates across channels, including titles, descriptions, images, and backend attributes
• Troubleshoot data feed issues, suppressed listings, and marketplace errors in a timely manner
• Work cross-functionally with product development and sourcing teams to ensure new SKUs are launched cleanly across all platforms

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience managing live campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Amazon DSP, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance optimization
• Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, including catalog management, case resolution, and performance monitoring
• Experience transferring and managing product data across at least one additional marketplace (Walmart, Target, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear decisions
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Perpetua (formerly Sellics) for automated campaign management and optimization
• Add a quick one paragraph blurb about your biggest success and achievements
• Familiarity with licensed brand environments or working within brand-constrained product lines
• Background in sourced or imported product categories

What We Offer

• A focused, low-bureaucracy environment where your work directly impacts results
• Ownership over your channel with room to grow the role as the business scales
• Collaborative team with deep experience in sourcing, product development, and marketplace strategy
