JOB OVERVIEW

FreshJax, a mission-driven organic spice company, is seeking an experienced **Amazon PPC Specialist** to optimize and manage our Amazon advertising campaigns. We are a Christian company, and our mission of donating meals aligns with Christ’s teachings. To date, we have donated over **596,000 meals** and continue to make a meaningful impact with every sale.

### **Role Overview:**
As our **Amazon PPC Specialist**, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing FreshJax’s Amazon advertising campaigns to drive increased sales while maintaining a **ROAS above 4.0**. You will be expected to break out **FreshJax branded (defensive) advertising versus unbranded advertising** and implement strategies to maximize ad performance.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage, optimize, and scale Amazon PPC campaigns to increase sales and profitability.
- Maintain **ROAS above 4.0** while optimizing ad spend.
- Break out and effectively manage **FreshJax branded (defensive) vs. unbranded** advertising strategies.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights for campaign improvements.
- Implement A/B testing to improve ad performance.
- Stay up to date with Amazon advertising trends and best practices.
- **Attend three video meetings per week with the CEO & COO to review performance.**

### **Requirements:**
- Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with measurable success.
- Ability to provide **specific past performance examples** demonstrating increased sales and strong ROAS.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Amazon advertising tools.
- Must specify **preferred PPC software** during the interview process.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

### **Compensation & Commitment:**
- **600 PHP per hour**
- **10 hours per week**
