# Amazon PPC Manager (Only Zest) — JD

**Location:** Remote, Philippines-based
**Type:** Full-time
**Salary:** $800 - $1,000 USD/month based on experience, BEFORE performance bonus
**Hours:** Mon-Fri 12pm-10pm SGT (GMT+8), 30 min lunch break. 44 hrs/week, 176 hrs/month.

Only Zest is a Singapore-based Amazon FBA brand selling paper-based consumer products. We're doing approximately 7-figures annualised on Amazon US, with 30+ active ASINs and ~$39K/month in ad spend.

We are scaling the Amazon side and need an Amazon PPC Manager to own, optimise, and scale our advertising across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. You will work alongside our existing PPC operations and our AI Performance Director (Rex) who runs weekly portfolio analysis.

## Role overview
You will drive profitable growth using tools like Helium 10, Scale Insights, and DataDive, while building SOPs that make results repeatable. The single most important metric we're tracking: getting our TACoS down from 32% to 20% within 18 months by getting paid spend to compound into organic rank.

This is for a results-oriented operator who works with minimal supervision and wants to grow alongside a high-performing team.

## Key responsibilities
- Manage, optimise, and scale Amazon PPC campaigns across 30+ active ASINs to hit ACoS and TACoS targets
- Analyse performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, ROAS) and present clear actionable insights
- Develop and execute keyword and targeting strategies (branded, competitor, category, PAT, defence)
- Use automation tools to streamline campaign optimisation and scaling
- Build and maintain SOPs for consistency, efficiency, and future team scaling
- Drive high-quality traffic efficiently to product listings to maximise ROI
- Familiarise yourself with SEO, listing optimisation, and keyword targeting so you know what to aim for
- Work alongside an AI Performance Director (Rex) that already runs weekly diagnostics, so you can focus on execution and judgement, not dashboard building

## What we are looking for
- **3 to 4 years** of hands-on Amazon PPC management with proven success in scaling campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of Amazon advertising metrics
- Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets for performance tracking
- Familiarity with tools like Scale Insights, Helium 10, and DataDive
- Strategic thinker who can balance growth goals with daily optimisations
- Goal-oriented, proactive, comfortable working with minimal supervision
- **Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) as part of your daily workflow.** We use AI internally as a force multiplier and we want to see how you leverage it. Equally important: you can spot when AI is wrong and push back. We do not want AI sycophants.

A **single 60-minute live working session** over Zoom or Google Meet. We pay **US$10** on completion regardless of outcome.

How it works:
- We hand you a real anonymised OZ portfolio snapshot (30 ASINs, ad spend, ACoS, TACoS, inventory, CVR)
- Your job: identify the 3 biggest opportunities for next week
- **AI use is mandatory.** Use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, your choice. You must share your screen the entire time so we can see how you direct AI.
- At the end, you present your 3 opportunities. We ask follow-up questions, including: "Which AI suggestion did you reject and why?"

We're not testing whether you know PPC, we're testing how you think with AI as your co-pilot, what you catch that AI misses, and how you push back when AI is wrong. There is no preparation needed.
