We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant with strong Amazon Seller Central experience to support day-to-day Amazon operations.
This role is primarily focused on Amazon operations, inventory monitoring, listing support, Seller Support cases, and customer service. Over time, as you become familiar with our systems and demonstrate reliability, the role may expand into additional project coordination tasks, such as tracking internal projects, organizing creative assets, and helping keep team workflows updated.
We are looking for someone who is honest, proactive, organized, and interested in growing with the team long term.
Key Responsibilities
-Support daily store operations (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify)
-Monitor listings, account health, inventory health, FBA shipments, and performance metrics
-Assist with FBA shipment tracking, inventory reconciliations, and reimbursement-related tasks
-Open, monitor, and follow up on Amazon Seller Support cases
-Handle customer service
-Identify operational issues and report them clearly to the team
-Follow SOPs and update trackers accurately
Additional Project Coordination
-Help update internal trackers, spreadsheets, and project logs
-Track project status and follow up on pending tasks
-Coordinate with tea
What We’re Looking For
-Strong Amazon Seller Central experience
-Experience with listings, FBA shipments, inventory, and Seller Support cases
-Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
-Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
-Good written communication skills
-Able to follow SOPs, update trackers accurately, and work with a team
-Willing to grow into additional responsibilities over time
Experience with Walmart, Shopify, reimbursements, or project management tools is a plus, but not required.
