JOB OVERVIEW

This is a long-term contract position (40 hours per week) that requires availability during U.S. business hours, Monday through Friday, and fluency in English. Please attach resume in application.

True Classic is hiring an Amazon Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operational execution across all Amazon marketplaces in the U.S. and internationally during our next phase of growth. This role will drive impact across our global, omnichannel business by owning inventory availability, logistics, fulfillment efficiency, reimbursement recovery, and operational issue resolution. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and partners closely with internal teams to audit and resolve product-level operational issues.

All roles at True Classic are global and omnichannel, driving accountability across product categories, regions, and sales/marketing channels.

Areas of Accountability

Inventory & Supply Chain Operations

Create, manage, and optimize FBA and FBM shipment plans across all marketplaces
Partner with planning team to forecast inventory needs to prevent out-of-stocks and overstock situations
Monitor inventory performance metrics including sell-through, weeks of cover, and inbound performance
Manage aged, excess, stranded, and unsellable inventory
Optimize inventory placement and replenishment strategies
Logistics, 3PL & Freight Management

Partner with domestic and international 3PLs for kitting, labeling, prep, and storage
Coordinate inbound freight (LTL, FTL, ocean, air)
Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA prep and labeling requirements
Track inbound shipments and resolve discrepancies
Support customs, duties, and cross-border fulfillment
Operational Auditing & Issue Resolution

Audit inbound discrepancies, packaging issues, fee inaccuracies, and FC errors
Partner with internal teams to resolve root causes
Proactively flag operational risks
Document issues and drive corrective actions
Amazon Seller Central Operations

Manage reimbursements for lost, damaged, or mis-received inventory
Audit FBA fees and storage charges
Resolve stranded inventory caused by operational issues
Manage and escalate Seller Central cases [for Ops / Fulfillment related issues]
Monitor account health metrics
Global Marketplace Operations

Support operations across all global Amazon marketplaces
Manage region-specific operational requirements
Coordinate cross-marketplace inventory transfers [when Planning d ---------- to transfer]
Support operational readiness for new marketplace launches
Reporting & Process Improvement

Build dashboards for inventory health and reimbursements
Identify cost leakage and inefficiencies
Develop SOPs for operational workflows
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with supply chain, product, packaging, finance, and marketing teams
Align inventory with promotions and demand spikes
Qualifications

7+ years Amazon Seller Central experience (3P)
Strong FBA/FBM and inventory management expertise
Experience with 3PLs and freight partners
Advanced Excel skills
Multi-marketplace experience
Skills and Competencies

International Amazon marketplace experience 
ERP and inventory tools knowledge (bonus for NetSuite experience)
Amazon global fulfillment programs experience
Eastern Time Working Hours
