We are a growing e-commerce company operating multiple Amazon businesses in the United States, including:
Private Label brands (product launches, listing optimization, PPC, inventory management)
Wholesale / Reselling business (product sourcing, ROI analysis, inventory, pricing, operations)
We are looking for a smart, highly organized Amazon VA / Operations Manager who can help manage and grow both sides of the business. Send application with Amazon Growth Operator as header. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with us.
*Your Responsibilities*
*Amazon Wholesale / Reselling Side*
Analyze supplier product lists (Excel / Google Sheets)
Research ASINs using Amazon + tools
Calculate profitability (ROI, margins, fees)
Identify winning products based on:
- Sales rank
- Competition
- Buy Box trends
- Profit margins
Track inventory and replenishment
Monitor pricing and seller competition
Assist with shipment prep and FBA workflow
Keep reports organized and updated
*Amazon Private Label Side*
Listing optimization
Keyword research
PPC campaign monitoring (basic to intermediate)
Competitor research
Inventory planning
Monitor listing health
Track reviews and customer issues
Help improve conversion rates
Coordinate image / listing updates
Support product launches
*General Operations*
Work in Seller Central daily
Manage spreadsheets and reports
SOP/documentation
Help identify problems and solve them proactively
Communicate clearly with owner
Keep tasks organized and moving

Amazon Experience
You MUST already have experience with:

FBA workflow
Listing management
Inventory management
Basic PPC understanding
Amazon keyword research
Amazon fee/profit calculations
