Amazon Logistics Manager

Position: Amazon Logistics Manager
Full-Time | Remote - 4:00 PM - 12:00MN Philippine Time
Salary: $1,000 – $1,300 USD/month (based on experience)

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize the movement of inventory for our Amazon stores. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with warehouses, and handling purchase orders to ensure smooth inventory flow.

Responsibilities:
Manage all inbound and outbound logistics for Amazon store inventory
Coordinate with 3PL warehouses, suppliers, and freight forwarders
Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery issues quickly
Create and manage purchase orders
Track inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records
Ensure timely replenishment of inventory to avoid stockouts
Communicate with suppliers regarding shipping schedules and delays
Work closely with operations and purchasing teams
Improve shipping efficiency and reduce logistics costs
Handle warehouse coordination for receiving, storage, and dispatch

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or Supply Chain Manager
Experience working with Amazon FBA / eCommerce operations
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations
Experience creating and managing purchase orders
Familiarity with freight forwarding and shipping coordination
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
