Amazon Listing & AI Integration Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous, data-driven Amazon Listing Specialist who leverages cutting-edge technology to scale brand performance. The ideal candidate is an expert in the Amazon ecosystem and an early adopter of AI-driven workflows. You will navigate complex technical workflows, manage account health, and use AI to optimize asset management and PDF editing.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Platform & AI Integration
• Create new product listings (ASINs) from scratch in Seller Central while ensuring full data and compliance accuracy.
• Manage bulk data uploads and complex template transformations using flat files.
• Use AI tools to streamline the creation and editing of product documentation and PDF assets, ensuring professional-grade formatting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Parent/Child variation issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2. Account Health (AHR) & Crisis Management
• Monitor and maintain the Account Health Rating (AHR) by independently resolving "High Severity" policy violations, such as restricted claims or image issues.
• Diagnose and fix sudden drops in organic ranking or sales using a structured, data-driven approach.
• Swiftly resolve suppressed ASINs to minimize revenue loss.
• Develop an immediate action plan for compliance warnings to protect the store's standing without outside help.
3. Content Optimization & SEO
• Develop sophisticated keyword strategies across Titles, Bullet Points, and Backend Search Terms to maximize visibility.
• Write high-converting copy that balances aggressive SEO with human readability.
• Design and implement A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) to drive significant sales lifts.
• Analyze low Conversion Rates (CR) and implement critical content changes to improve performance.
4. Quality Control & Prioritization
• Maintain a meticulous personal checklist to ensure 100?curacy in product data before publishing.
• Manage a high-volume queue, prioritizing tasks such as fixing suppressed ASINs over new listing creation when necessary to protect the bottom line.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Amazon Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, inventory flat files, and variation logic.
• AI & Technical Skill: Proven experience using AI tools for content generation and PDF editing/manipulation.
• Policy Knowledge: Deep understanding of Amazon compliance to maintain a strong Account Health Rating.
• Strategic SEO: Advanced knowledge of Amazon’s search algorithm and keyword placement.
• Meticulous Execution: A highly reliable work ethic with a focus on precision to avoid costly data mistakes.
