We’ve been making waves in the party game industry since 2021, and we're dedicated to spreading joy and laughter through our products.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- One of our key strategic goals is to have the best-converting listings in the category—you will be leading the charge on this!
- Generate ideas to improve CVR (Primary Image, Secondary Image, A+ Premium, etc.), with a primary focus on Primary Images.
This involves proactively researching competitors, market trends, and other sources of inspiration.
- Create and edit images for A/B testing, experimenting with multiple versions to identify the most impactful one. It's crucial that
you can produce high-quality, professional images.
- Make iterations based on feedback from testing (MYE Data, PickFu) or the Marketplace Team to continuously optimize
performance.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketplace to develop a best-in-class creative process, enabling continuous improvements
and performance tracking.
Desired Skills:
- Extensive experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- A data-driven, experimental approach to creative work—we want someone obsessed with CVR/CTR!
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot design mistakes
- Clear communication skills and strong English language proficiency
- Bonus: Experience with 3D rendering of product images

10 hours per week
Hours must be between 9 AM – 5 PM UK time
$7 per hour
