JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Amazon Listing Specialist – Catalog Cleanup & Seller Support Coordination (Baby Products)
Hours: 20–40 hrs/week, some overlap with CET working hours preferred

About us
We're a baby and child products brand selling online in Europe. We're expanding our catalog onto Amazon and need a detail-oriented specialist to get our listings clean, complete, and live.

The role
We have roughly 400 SKUs that need to be created, fixed, and optimized on Amazon Seller Central. A large portion are diapers and related baby products sold under our own EAN/barcodes (not the manufacturer's), which means many listings will need cases opened with Amazon Seller Support to resolve brand/GTIN matching issues, get suppressed listings live, and fix catalog conflicts.

This is not a one-time copy-paste job. It requires patience, persistence, and the ability to communicate clearly with Amazon Support until each issue is actually resolved.

What you'll do
Audit our ~400 SKUs and identify what's missing, suppressed, incorrect, or not live
Create and fix listings: titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, attributes, and variations
Resolve GTIN/EAN and brand-matching issues, including products listed under our own barcodes
Open, manage, and follow up on cases with Amazon Seller Support until resolved (this is a core part of the role)
Fix listing errors, suppressed/stranded inventory, and category/attribute problems
Keep a clear tracker of each SKU's status (live / pending / blocked / needs info from us)
Flag anything that needs a decision or input from our team

Requirements
Proven hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (please mention which marketplaces)
Direct experience opening and managing cases with Amazon Seller Support, including persistence on unresolved tickets
Experience handling GTIN/EAN, brand registry, and listing-suppression issues
Strong attention to detail and good organizational/tracking habits
Good written English for communicating with Amazon Support and with us
Reliable internet and ability to work independently

Nice to have
Experience with baby/diaper or large-catalog (300+ SKU) accounts
Experience with GS1 barcodes / own-EAN listings
Familiarity with Amazon EU marketplaces and bulk/flat-file uploads

How to apply
To show me you read this carefully, start your message with the word "DIAPER". Then please tell me:

1. How many Amazon SKUs you've personally managed, and on which marketplaces
2. A specific example of a tough Seller Support case you got resolved (what was the problem, how long it took, how you handled it)
3. Your availability and rate

Applications that don't follow these steps won't be considered.
