Amazon FBM Specialist (Philippines-Based)

We are a growing Amazon business looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Amazon FBM Specialist to join our team. If you have experience in managing Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) operations, handling customer service, and resolving seller cases, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities:
Process refunds, A-Z claims, and chargebacks efficiently.
Manage inventory and shipping (buy shipping labels, track shipments, ensure order fulfillment).
Open and manage seller cases to resolve issues quickly.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving disputes.
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and maintain account health.
Analyze reports and data to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Work respectfully with teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.
Be prompt in logging in and consistently available during work hours.
Communicate any problems or challenges as they arise instead of ignoring them.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Amazon FBM operations.
Strong knowledge of refunds, A-Z claims, chargebacks, inventory management, and seller cases.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and problem-solving related to FBM.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Honest, accountable, and comfortable using time trackers.
Strong written and spoken English for customer service tasks.
A good team player who can collaborate well with others.
