Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant (Product Research & Sourcing)

Job Description:
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time. Your primary focus will be finding winning products and identifying trustworthy suppliers to help grow our Amazon FBA business.

What you'll do:

Research and deliver a minimum of 3 product leads per day with full analysis and sourcing details
Find profitable product opportunities using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Seller Amp, and others
Analyze competition, demand, margins, and sales trends to shortlist viable products
Source suppliers through Alibaba, wholesale directories, or other channels and request quotes
Track and organize leads in spreadsheets for team review
Stay current on Amazon policies, category trends, and market shifts


What we're looking for:

1–2 years of experience in Amazon FBA product research or sourcing
Hands-on experience with Keepa, Seller Amp, or similar tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Comfortable communicating with suppliers in English
Organized, self-motivated, and consistent with deadlines

Pay & Growth:

We believe in rewarding great work. Starting pay is $2.50-3.00 with performance-based raises and bonuses as you prove yourself. The more value you bring, the more you earn — this is a long-term opportunity for the right person.
