Compensation: $400/month for 40 hours per week
Work Setup: Remote / Work From Home
Required Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Time (PHT). Note: This maps exactly to Sunday – Thursday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Central Time to ensure you are sourcing during our peak marketplace listing drops.

Job Overview

We are a growing Amazon FBA retail arbitrage business looking for a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage our product sourcing data, inventory logging, and shipment prep tracking. You will be responsible for validating profitable leads, ensuring our accounting software is perfectly up to date, and communicating our inbound shipments to our prep center.
Your Daily Responsibilities

Sourcing & Validation: Pull potential product leads using Replencatcher and Keepa Product Finder during peak marketplace hours.
Keepa Analysis: Review Keepa charts for price stability, BSR drops, and competition levels to validate profitable buys.

Inventory Data Entry: Accurately log every purchased item into InventoryLab (recording cost of item, unit number, date purchased, item condition, estimated resale price, and target ROI).
Prep Center Tracking: Update our prep center spreadsheet for every inbound order (logging item title, unit quantity, tracking number, order ID, and item condition).

FBA Shipment Routing: Prepare FBA batches in Amazon Seller Central and send the final shipment routing requests to our prep center.

Requirements

Prior experience analyzing Keepa charts for Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage.
Strong attention to detail—data entry errors cost the business money.
Excellent written English for clear daily communication.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
Ability to strictly work the required Monday-Friday PHT morning schedule.
