Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Amazon FBA Sourcing & Operations Manager to oversee our Online Arbitrage (OA) supply chain and daily seller account health. In this consolidated role, you will be the gatekeeper for our capital—auditing leads, executing purchases, managing supplier logistics, and maintaining the operational health of our Amazon storefront.
Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Auditing & Sourcing Management
• Lead Verification: Manually audit 100% of the leads generated by Sourcing VAs against strict profitability criteria before approving them into the 3P Lead Vault and authorizing capital.
• Cost Analysis: Accurately calculate all add-on product costs, including inbound shipping, prep center fees, and Amazon FBA fees, to ensure true ROI targets are met.
• Lead Vault Re-Mining: Mine the historical Lead Database daily to identify previously non-performing leads that have shifted back into our profitability range due to market volatility.
• Buylist Preparation: Prepare Daily Buylists on 3P Mercury, organizing new ASINs from sourcing leads and identifying re-stocking opportunities based on historical sales performance and inventory velocity.
2. Purchasing & Supplier Management
• Supplier Validation: Thoroughly vet new suppliers to verify their legitimacy, stock availability, and shipping lead times to prevent tied-up capital.
• Order Execution: Execute orders strictly adhering to approved sourcing criteria, quantity limits, maximum cost-per-order, and daily spend limits provided by management.
• Documentation & Tracking: Complete purchases and immediately attach all receipts, invoices, and tracking numbers to the 3P master tracking system.
3. Logistics & Prep Center Coordination
• Reconciliation: Cross-reference supplier orders against prep center receiving reports to ensure 100?curacy.
• Issue Resolution: Follow up directly with suppliers to track missing orders or quantities. Identify damaged or mismatched stock, initiate return requests, and secure refunds.
• Routing: Coordinate shipping documentation, FNSKU labels, and carton labels directly with the prep center to ensure smooth transition of inventory into Amazon fulfillment centers.
4. Account Management & Health
• Inventory Management: Monitor stranded inventory, unfulfillable units, and restock limits.
• Account Health: Routinely monitor the Account Health Dashboard to proactively address and resolve IP complaints, authenticity claims (especially within gated categories), and negative feedback.
• Pricing Strategy: Oversee and adjust repricer settings to maintain Buy Box share and maximize margins.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Extensive experience working in an Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA) business model.
• Expert-level proficiency in reading and analyzing Keepa charts (sales rank velocity, buy box history, offer counts, and price history).
• Familiarity with standard Amazon seller software stack (e.g., 3P Mercury, ArbiSource, SellerBoard, Seller Snap).
• Bonus: Previous experience sourcing and managing compliance for the Beauty & Personal Care categories.
• Strong English communication skills for supplier outreach and team coordination.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strict attention to detail when managing spreadsheets and financial data.
