JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are a growing brand looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with deep,
hands-on expertise in Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations. In this role you will own
the day-to-day management of our Amazon business — from listings and PPC to
inventory costs, promotions, and account health — with the goal of building a well-oiled,
highly profitable Amazon operation. Once the Amazon side is running at full capacity, this
role will naturally expand into managing and growing our own e-commerce website,
making this a long-term position with real ownership and room to evolve. If you are

Key Responsibilities
Amazon FBA & Seller Central
? Create, optimize, and maintain product listings: titles, bullet points, descriptions,
backend search terms, and subject matter fields following Amazon SEO best practices
? Build and manage A+ Content (Basic and Brand Story) and Premium A+ Content to
maximize conversion rates
? Manage product images: main image compliance, lifestyle photos, infographics, and
video content
? Set up and manage parent-child variation relationships (size, color, pack) without
breaking existing reviews or rankings
? Perform keyword research using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools; execute
rank-boosting strategies and monitor organic ranking progress
? Manage Amazon Brand Registry: enrollment, trademark monitoring, and IP violation
reporting (Report a Violation tool)
? Create and maintain the Amazon Brand Store (Storefront): page design, category
tiles, custom URLs, and performance tracking
? Set up and optimize Amazon Posts and manage Brand Follow strategies
? Build, manage, and optimize full PPC campaigns: Sponsored Products (auto &
manual), Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Video, and Sponsored Display
? Conduct search term harvesting, negative keyword management, bid adjustments,
and budget pacing to hit target ACoS/TACoS
? Create and manage coupons, percentage-off promotions, BOGO deals, and Prime
Exclusive Discounts
? Submit and manage Lightning Deals, Deal of the Day, and Best Deal applications
? Develop and execute seasonal sales strategies for Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber
Monday, Q4, and brand-specific campaigns (pricing, inventory prep, PPC ramp-up,
deals calendar)
? Set up and manage Subscribe & Save program: enrollment, discount tiers, and
velocity tracking
? Create and manage Virtual Product Bundles to increase AOV without physical
bundling
? Analyze and optimize FBA fee structure: correctly classify product dimensions and
weights to minimize size-tier fees; audit for fee miscalculations and submit
reimbursement claims
? Monitor and manage FBA storage costs: identify slow-moving SKUs, create removal
orders, and implement aged-inventory liquidation plans to avoid long-term storage
fees
? Optimize inbound shipping: choose the right box dimensions, use Amazon Partnered
Carrier rates, consolidate shipments, and split inventory across fulfillment centers
strategically
? Evaluate FBA vs. FBM (Merchant Fulfilled) vs. SFP (Seller Fulfilled Prime) on a perSKU basis and switch fulfillment methods when economically justified
? Reduce return-related costs: analyze return reason reports, identify defect patterns,
update listings/packaging to reduce return rates, and appeal unjustified returnless
refunds
? Submit FBA reimbursement claims for lost, damaged, or mis-received inventory using
reconciliation reports or third-party tools
? Monitor and maintain Account Health Dashboard: Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment
Rate, Valid Tracking Rate, and Policy Compliance
? Manage Seller Support cases: open, escalate, and follow up on tickets for listing
reinstatements, hijacker removals, ASIN merges/splits, and catalog errors
? Monitor and suppress competitor hijackers on listings; enforce brand gating and
Transparency program enrollment where applicable
? Use Brand Analytics tools (Search Query Performance, Market Basket Analysis,
Repeat Purchase Behavior, Demographics) to identify growth opportunities
? Manage the Request a Review process and monitor review velocity; enroll eligible
products in the Amazon Vine program
? Set up and monitor Amazon Attribution links for off-Amazon traffic sources
? Run regular reconciliation of inventory, sales, and reimbursements; flag discrepancies
and maintain clean financial records
Customer Service
? Respond to buyer messages within Amazon's 24-hour window with professional, onbrand replies
? Monitor and respond to product reviews; escalate negative reviews per SOP
? Process return and refund requests promptly and accurately
? Maintain a high Customer Service performance score (< 1% response time defect)

General Administration
? Perform product and competitor research using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle
Scout, or Keepa
? Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports (sales, inventory, KPIs)
? Assist with supplier communication, purchase orders, and shipment tracking
? Organize and manage shared files, SOPs, and team documentation
? Complete ad-hoc research and operational tasks as assigned

Phase 2 — Website & E-Commerce (Growth Path)
Once our Amazon operation is running at full capacity and hitting its performance targets,
this role will expand to include management of our direct-to-consumer e-commerce
channel. This is a growth opportunity, not a Day 1 requirement.
? Take ownership of our branded e-commerce website (Shopify or similar platform)
? Manage product catalog, collections, and content updates on the site
? Coordinate with marketing to run email campaigns, promotions, and seasonal
launches
? Monitor website KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, AOV, abandoned cart rate
? Identify opportunities to grow direct-to-consumer revenue and reduce dependence on
Amazon

Requirements
? Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (FBA
experience required)
? Strong written English communication skills — clear, professional, and customerfriendly
? Experience with at least one Amazon research tool (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa,
etc.)
? Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities without daily
supervision
? Experience running or optimizing Amazon Sponsored Products / PPC campaigns
? Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Storefront management

Nice to Have
? BaExperience with AI image generation tools
? Proficiency with Claude or similar AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) for content
writing, research, and workflow automation
