Amazon FBA Operations Specialist (2 Positions Available)

We are building a long-term Amazon FBA e-commerce business and are looking for two experienced Amazon FBA professionals to join our team.

This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have direct, hands-on experience working within an Amazon FBA business and understand the day-to-day operations involved in running and growing Amazon stores.

Our objective is to build a self-sufficient operations team. The business owner's sole responsibility will be purchasing inventory and arranging shipments to Amazon warehouses. Everything else will be managed by the operations team under the guidance of senior staff.

You will be responsible for:

• Product sourcing and research
• Finding profitable products and suppliers
• Competitor and market analysis
• Calculating profitability, ROI, and margins
• Preparing product sourcing reports
• Creating and organizing product links for approval
• Managing supplier communications
• Listing preparation and optimization support
• Inventory monitoring and replenishment planning
• Following established SOPs and operational systems
• Working closely with management to execute growth strategies

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of direct Amazon FBA experience
• Proven experience sourcing products for Amazon FBA
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central
• Experience calculating ROI, profit margins, and fees
• Ability to identify profitable products independently
• Experience using sourcing and research tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp, Helium 10, or similar software
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
