JOB OVERVIEW

As a Virtual Assistant for Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage, you will be responsible for researching and identifying profitable products to purchase from online retailers and resell on Amazon. You will work closely with our team to ensure that sourced products meet our profitability criteria and align with Amazon’s requirements. The ideal candidate will be experienced with online arbitrage, have strong analytical skills, and be familiar with Amazon selling platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Research: Conduct thorough research to identify profitable products for online arbitrage from various online retailers and marketplaces.
- Profitability Analysis: Use tools like Keepa, SellerAMP and other similar software to evaluate product profitability, sales rank, demand, and competition.
- Sourcing: Identify opportunities for arbitrage, ensuring that sourced products meet the necessary profitability margin and comply with Amazon’s policies.
- Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels and pricing trends across various online retailers to capitalize on opportunities.
- Deal Tracking: Track and analyze deals, sales, and promotions from different online stores to find the best prices.
- Product Data Entry: Maintain and update spreadsheets or databases with details of sourced products, including costs, fees, and estimated profit margins.
- Competitor Analysis: Regularly review competitors’ listings to spot new product trends and opportunities.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with Amazon FBA policies, trends, and new strategies in the online arbitrage space.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience with Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage: Proven experience in sourcing products for Amazon FBA, specifically in online arbitrage.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and use tools like Keepa and SellerAMP or other relevant software for product research and profitability assessment.
- Familiarity with Online Retailers: Knowledge of major online retailers such as Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, and others.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to accurately assess products, ensuring they meet profitability criteria and Amazon guidelines.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets: Experience with spreadsheets for tracking product details, costs, fees, and profits.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative to find profitable opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and updates to the team.


Requirements:

- Deep Knowledge KEEPA is required
- Have the ability to Reverse and Manual Source
- Knowledge of Amazon to Amazon flips (A2A)
- Must have prior knowledge of online retailers (Coupons, Previous leads that are still profitable, sales cycles)
- Must have your own computer for work
- You must have a stable internet connection
- Must be able to work 40 hours/week
