Salary: ?45,000/month

Hours: 8am-5pm Manila time (Mon-Fri), with ~1 hour evening overlap as needed to coordinate with US/CA/UK/Europe 3PL

Type: Full-time, home-based, long-term

About Us:
Global Amazon private label brand selling in US, CA, UK, and EU marketplaces. Core Asia-based team, multiple SKUs. We move fast and we measure everything.

The Role:
You'll work directly with our Operations Manager to keep our inventory flowing — into Amazon's warehouses, out to customers, and back when needed. This is a detail-heavy logistics role. If you're someone who double-checks their work and catches errors before they ship, you'll thrive here. If you're not, you won't last.

What You'll Do:

1. Create FBA shipment plans in Seller Central (box content, labeling, carrier selection, shipping) across multiple marketplaces
2. Coordinate with our US/CA/UK/FR 3PL to get inventory shipped into Amazon correctly and on time
3. Monitor FBM orders daily across all marketplaces; ensure on-time dispatch
4. Handle FBM re-shipments when orders are lost, damaged, or returned
5. Process removal/disposal orders for unfillable inventory back to our reverse 3PL
6. Reconcile inbound shipments and removals against expected vs. received units
7. Send operations a daily end-of-day report

Must Have:

1. 1+ year hands-on FBA shipment creation in Seller Central (not theoretical — you've done it)
2. Obsessive attention to detail. This is the single most important quality for this role. Errors in shipment plans, box content, or labeling cost us real money. We track errors weekly and review them with you. If you're someone who skims, rushes, or "mostly" gets things right, please don't apply.
3. Comfort with spreadsheets (SKU tracking, reconciliation)
4. Strong written English for 3PL communication
5. Reliable internet and backup power/internet
6. Flexibility to work ~1 hour in the evening when needed for US/CA 3PL coordination

Nice to Have:

Multi-marketplace experience (US, CA, UK, EU)
Experience with US/CA 3PLs (Pipe17, ShipStation, Shiphero, ShipBob, or similar)
Removal order experience
Helium 10 or InventoryLab familiarity
