JOB OVERVIEW

We are Goatzy, a fast growing premium DTC brand on Amazon US (niche: livestock and farm equipment for goat owners). We are scaling from 5 to 20 SKUs over the next 12 months and we need an experienced Brand Operations Manager to own our Amazon operations end to end.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. Own the SKU launch pipeline from factory sample to ramped ASIN
2. Coordinate our external partners: PPC agency, FBA logistics provider, China factory, design and listing team
3. Manage Seller Central daily: listings, variations, A+ content, brand registry, disputes, suspensions
4. Track P&L per SKU and build weekly performance dashboards (BSR, ACOS, ROAS, margins, reviews)
5. Manage inventory forecasting and replenishment decisions
6. Identify underperforming SKUs and propose action plans

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum 3 years as Amazon FBA Operations Manager or Brand Manager (brand owner side, NOT pure agency)
2. Has managed 10+ SKUs in parallel in a previous role
3. Full mastery of Seller Central
4. Tools: Helium 10 or Jungle Scout, Notion or Asana, advanced Excel / Google Sheets
5. Fluent written and spoken English
6. Available full time, 40 hours per week
7. At least 4 hours daily overlap with Dubai time zone (work hours starting 6am Manila time minimum)

1. Experience in farm, livestock, pet supplies or outdoor niche
