Position Summary: We are seeking an Amazon Expert & Business Account Manager to establish and optimize our Amazon Business presence, supporting our mission to help business owners scale through our coaching products, courses, and materials.
Main Responsibilities:
Set up and manage Amazon Business account for coaching materials and products
Develop marketplace strategies aligned with our coaching brand
Manage inventory and coordinate shipments of physical coaching materials
Create optimized listings for books, courses, and business resources
Handle B2B pricing strategies and bulk ordering for corporate clients
Implement PPC campaigns to reach business owners
Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports
Coordinate with our coaching team for product launches
Manage customer service for Amazon Business clients
Requirements:
3+ years Amazon marketplace management experience
Proven experience with Amazon Business platform setup
Strong knowledge of Amazon's fulfillment options
Experience in digital product listings and physical product management
Proficiency in Amazon Business integration tools
Understanding of B2B market dynamics
Experience in educational/coaching product marketing
Data analysis and reporting skills
Project management capabilities
