We are an established e-commerce company looking to expand and optimize our presence across Amazon’s marketplaces (US, CA, EU, UK). We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to manage day-to-day operations in Seller Central, with a focus on logistics expertise to ensure smooth inventory flow and product launches. This role requires a versatile individual with a strong background in Amazon Seller Central operations and logistics management.

Job Description:
As our Amazon E-Commerce Virtual Assistant, you will handle the day-to-day tasks associated with managing our Amazon stores, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and product listings. Your logistics expertise will be critical in ensuring smooth coordination across our Amazon marketplaces (US, CA, EU, UK), helping to forecast demand and manage stock levels effectively. This is a hands-on role that requires both operational expertise and logistics knowledge to optimize performance across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations in Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, order management, pricing updates, and promotions.
Handle inventory and logistics coordination, ensuring optimal stock levels and smooth order fulfillment for Amazon US, CA, EU, and UK marketplaces.
Forecast product demand and collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure inventory readiness.
Monitor and address any inventory discrepancies, FBA or FBM issues, and ensure timely replenishment across multiple regions.
Coordinate product launches, ensuring proper logistics and inventory support for smooth go-live.
Troubleshoot and resolve Seller Central account issues, including customer feedback, account health, and policy compliance.
Analyze sales data to drive inventory and sales strategy decisions.
Work with Amazon Global Logistics, AWD (Amazon Warehouse Distribution), 3PL providers, and suppliers to coordinate logistics for seamless product delivery and returns management.
Optimize listing content and product information for better visibility and sales performance.
Required Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, managing day-to-day operations.
Strong logistics and inventory management experience within the Amazon ecosystem (FBA/FBM).
Expertise in product forecasting, order management, and logistics operations for Amazon US, CA, EU, and UK.
Ability to manage multiple product listings, inventory levels, and shipping logistics for various regions.
Excellent problem-solving skills to handle day-to-day operational challenges and customer issues.
Strong understanding of Amazon’s policies and procedures across multiple marketplaces.
Familiarity with Amazon Global Logistics and AWD (Amazon Warehouse Distribution) for efficient inventory management and shipping.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using advanced Seller Central tools and analytics.
Knowledge of global shipping and customs regulations, especially in US, CA, EU, and UK.
Familiarity with Amazon’s inventory management and demand forecasting tools.
