As we scale, we are looking for a highly organized and experienced project manager to take full ownership of back-office operations, ensuring smooth workflows, efficient task execution, and continuous process optimization.
Role Overview
We are seeking an Amazon & E-Commerce Business Back Office Project Manager with professional Asana expertise to oversee all back-office tasks, projects, and business workflows. The right candidate will manage the team, coordinate assignments, track project progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and leveraging AI tools to streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and organize back-office operations for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
Use Asana Premium to structure workflows, assign tasks, and optimize team coordination.
Manage Inventory Management Systems (Linnworks preferred, but experience with other software is acceptable).
Leverage AI-powered tools and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce manual workload.
Create reports with business KPIs to track performance and highlight areas for improvement.

Coordinate with brand managers for final task approvals.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest optimizations for workflows and operations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon marketplace trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce business back-office project management.
Expert-level experience in Asana Premium (must be able to structure, assign, and track workflows efficiently).
Experience with Linnworks is a huge plus, but not mandatory - if you have experience with other inventory management systems, please state it clearly in your application.
Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace and e-commerce industry.
Basic familiarity with Canva (or other simple design tools).
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Amazon PPC knowledge is a plus but not required.
