Salary: $250 - $350/month (based on experience)
Hours: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Experience Level: preferred 1+ year of Amazon dropshipping experience

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Dropshipping Virtual Assistant who can handle everything from setting up an Amazon store to managing daily operations. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and growing a successful dropshipping business on Amazon.
If you have experience with Amazon store setup, product research, PPC advertising, supplier sourcing, and customer service, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
? Amazon Store Setup & Management
• Create & set up an Amazon Seller Central account
• Optimize store settings, tax information, and policies
• Ensure compliance with Amazon's dropshipping policies
? Product Research & Supplier Management
• Use Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools to find profitable, low-competition products
• Identify and negotiate with reliable dropshipping suppliers
• Upload optimized product listings with SEO-rich descriptions
? Inventory & Order Management
• Monitor stock levels and supplier reliability
• Process orders and track shipments
• Ensure fast delivery times and avoid stock issues
? Amazon PPC & Marketing
• Set up and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
• Conduct keyword research for higher search rankings
• Monitor ACoS & ROAS to improve ad performance
? Customer Service & Support
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Handle refunds, returns, and negative feedback
• Maintain high Amazon seller ratings & account health
? Automation & Growth
• Use tools like AutoDS, Inventory Source, or Zapier to streamline operations
• Stay updated with Amazon trends & algorithm changes
• Test new marketing strategies (e.g., social media traffic, external ads)

Requirements:
? Preferred 1+ years of experience in Amazon dropshipping
? Fluent in English (written & spoken)
? Strong experience setting up Amazon Seller Central accounts
? Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools
? Knowledge of Amazon PPC & keyword research
? Ability to find profitable products & reliable suppliers
? Experience with order fulfillment & inventory management
? Reliable internet connection & own computer

? Experience with Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads for external traffic
? Ability to design high-converting Amazon A+ Content & store branding
