About the job:
The Amazon Creatives Virtual Assistant supports Account Managers by assisting with graphic briefs and SEO-related tasks to optimize Amazon listings. This role ensures that creative assets align with brand identity, Amazon guidelines, and marketing objectives while also handling keyword research, listing optimization, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop clear and detailed graphic briefs for product images, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and infographics.
- Collaborate with designers and Account Managers to ensure visuals align with branding, Amazon guidelines, and marketing strategies.
- Review completed graphics to ensure they meet brand standards, are error-free, and are optimized for Amazon listings.
- Assist Account Managers with SEO-related tasks when needed, such as gathering keyword data, formatting listing updates, and organizing content for optimization.
- Regularly monitor product listings to confirm updates and changes are live and correctly displayed.
- Identify and report any listing issues for prompt resolution.
- Gather and organize data from various sources, including sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Maintain detailed spreadsheets to track KPIs, sales trends, and keyword rankings.
- Prepare reports summarizing account performance and assisting with content-related updates.
- Research and stay updated on Amazon’s latest creative policies and content guidelines.
- Incorporate policy requirements into briefs to ensure all creatives meet Amazon’s standards and avoid rejections.
- Analyze top competitors' creatives, including their listing images, A+ Content, PPC ads, and storefront designs.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, and trends to incorporate best practices into briefs for better engagement and conversions.
- Research market trends, seasonal demands, and consumer preferences to create timely and relevant creative briefs.
- Analyze product niches to ensure creatives are tailored to resonate with the target audience.
- Use data insights and competitor benchmarks to suggest refinements in future briefs for continuous optimization.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience with Amazon Seller Central, including report navigation, listing updates, and general account management.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
- Experience in creating or reviewing graphic briefs for product images, A+ Content, and Brand Stores is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review creatives for errors and compliance with Amazon guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data organization, KPI tracking, and analysis.
- Ability to analyze competitor creatives and identify trends to optimize Amazon listings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with designers, Account Managers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Equipped with a reliable PC/laptop (minimum specifications: i5 processor, 8GB RAM).
Compensation and Benefits:
