About Cottage Care Co.
Cottage Care Co. is a fast-growing construction and general contracting company seeking an experienced Amazon Connect / AWS communications expert to help design, build, and implement our company-wide phone system and call center infrastructure.
We are looking for someone who has successfully built Amazon Connect systems and can help us create a scalable communication platform that supports sales, customer service, operations, and future growth.
Project Overview
Our goal is to build a centralized communication system that:
- Handles inbound and outbound calls
- Records and monitors all calls
- Prevents missed leads and duplicate follow-ups
- Supports multiple tea
- Separates business and personal communications
- Integrates with Jobber and future CRM platforms
- Provides reporting, call tracking, and accountability
- Creates a scalable foundation for future expansion
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Amazon Connect infrastructure
- Configure phone numbers, routing, queues, and IVRs
- Set up call recording and monitoring
- Build contact flows and automations
- Integrate Amazon Connect with Jobber and other business systems
- Configure user permissions and agent management
- Create dashboards and reporting systems
- Provide documentation and training
