Amazon Brand Manager - Agency Role

Job Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Amazon Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client accounts, optimizing listings, analyzing performance metrics, and executing strategies to drive growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and has a proven track record of success on the Amazon platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow client accounts on Amazon (Seller and/or Vendor Central).
Optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, A+ Content).
Oversee PPC campaigns: planning, execution, and performance analysis.
Monitor and analyze account performance metrics (ACoS, TACoS, conversion rate, etc.).
Collaborate with creative and operations teams for listing images, SEO, and inventory.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and insights.
Troubleshoot listing or account issues and coordinate with Amazon Support when necessary.
Stay current with Amazon policies, tools, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts (agency or brand side).
Strong understanding of Seller Central, Amazon Ads (PPC), and listing optimization.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Comfortable managing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
Familiarity with flat files and catalog troubleshooting.
Knowledge of international Amazon marketplaces (CA, UK, etc.).
