About us
We are a fast-growing, multi-brand Amazon seller with 1,500+ parent SKUs across the US, CA, MX, UK and EU (DE, FR, IT, ES). Advertising is central to our growth — and we invest seriously in people, processes and technology to keep hitting targets. We’re looking for a talented Amazon Ads Assistant to work closely with our Advertising Manager, taking real ownership of campaigns across our marketplaces to help drive revenue and hit ACOS and TACOS targets.

The role
Reporting to the Advertising Manager, you will:
• Build, manage and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns across the US, CA, MX, UK and EU marketplaces, including bid management and budget allocation.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly Advertising reports — analysing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven recommendations.
• Use bulk file uploads and our in-house optimisation software to maintain campaign hygiene and efficiency across a large, complex SKU catalogue.
• Launch campaigns for new product launches and existing product refreshes, working to brief from the Advertising Manager.
• Monitor and flag performance anomalies proactively — before they become problems.
• Critically appraise our existing Advertising processes and bring ideas for improvement. We are always looking to get better.

What we're looking for
Essential
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Amazon Ads management experience — agency, aggregator, or in-house brand.
• Solid understanding of match types, negative targeting, and campaign structure best practices.
• Comfortable managing a large, complex catalogue — ideally with experience on brands of 100+ parent SKUs or comparable scale.
• Proficient with bulk file uploads in Amazon Ads console and comfortable learning proprietary in-house tooling.
• Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data formatting for bulk operations.
• Strong analytical mindset — able to draw clear, actionable conclusions from campaign and keyword data.
• Excellent written and spoken English: able to communicate performance clearly to a non-technical audience.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and reliable time management.
• Self-starter: confident working independently and flagging issues without being prompted.
Desirable
• Amazon Ads certification (Sponsored Ads).
• Familiarity with third-party Advertising tools (e.g. Helium 10 or similar).
• Multi-marketplace experience.
• Experience presenting Advertising performance to a broader commercial team.

A note on seasonality
We operate in a highly seasonal business. September and October are our peak months and the whole team works harder during this period. In return, we operate a time-off-in-lieu policy so any extra hours put in during peak are taken back as additional leave once the season quietens down.
