JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Amazon Account Manager to take ownership of our Amazon business and drive sustainable growth across every aspect of the account.

This is not just a PPC role.

We need someone who understands that successful Amazon accounts are built through a combination of advertising, listing optimization, catalog health, operational efficiency, and constant improvement. We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner and continuously looks for ways to improve performance.

We sell apparel, so experience with apparel brands and apparel-specific challenges on Amazon is a strong advantage.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, fixing issues before they become problems, and ensuring the account performs at the highest level possible.

Key focus areas:
Amazon PPC strategy and optimization
Full listing optimization and catalog health
SEO and conversion improvements
Growth strategy and account expansion
Team coordination and operational oversight
Continuous account improvement

You’ll be responsible for ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and that every part of the Amazon operation is functioning efficiently and improving over time.

Your Responsibilities
PPC Management & Growth
Create, manage, optimize, and scale Amazon PPC campaigns
Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and profitability
Identify new advertising opportunities and strategies
Continuously test and improve PPC performance
Listing Optimization & Catalog Health
Audit and optimize all product listings for:
SEO
Keyword optimization
Conversion rate optimization
Accuracy
Proper formatting and presentation
Images, bullets, titles, backend fields, and descriptions
Ensure all listings are fully optimized and maintained at a high standard
Monitor catalog health and identify issues affecting visibility or performance
Maintain clean, organized, and error-free listings
Amazon Account Management
Identify problems, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities across the account
Propose and execute new ideas to grow sales and improve performance
Monitor account health and performance metrics
Monitor FBM and FBA inventory and identify potential issues
Help improve processes and operational efficiency
Work closely with management to implement growth strategies
Team & Operations
Oversee and guide the Product Lister
Assign and manage tasks through ClickUp
Communicate daily with the team via Slack
Track work hours using Hubstaff
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
Strong Amazon PPC experience with measurable results
Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and listing optimization
Experience improving catalog health and account performance
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Extremely detail-oriented with a strong eye for mistakes and inconsistencies
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Reliable, accountable, and highly organized
Strong English communication skills
Experience in apparel brands is highly preferred

This is NOT only a PPC position and not only a product listing position. We are looking for someone who understands the entire Amazon ecosystem and can actively improve account performance across advertising, listings, SEO, operations, catalog health, and growth strategy.
