JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a strategic, data-driven brand builder with a passion for Amazon?
We are a fast-growing Amazon private label brand looking for a full-time Amazon Account Manager to take ownership of our product development pipeline, listing optimization, and brand positioning.

You’ll play a key leadership role in launching products, optimizing conversion rates, and developing a strong, consistent brand presence. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for growth in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Accountability & Ownership
-Lead and maintain a robust product development pipeline (from idea to launch)
-Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversions
-Manage all branding, positioning, and messaging efforts
-Implement CRO strategies and run continuous A/B tests
-Coordinate freelancers (designers, photographers, content creators)
-Monitor and improve brand health metrics: rankings, reviews, CTR, CR, etc.

Daily & Weekly Tasks
-Research product trends and discover new product ideas
-Analyze competitors for differentiation and CRO opportunities
-Track performance: sessions, conversion rates, sales rank
-Collaborate with supply chain, PPC, and creative teams to align launch and inventory strategies

Long-Term Projects & Goals
-Build a consistent and strategic brand identity across all customer touchpoints
-Establish a repeatable, scalable system for product launches
-Increase customer loyalty and retention through compelling branding and messaging

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
KPI 1: Product Development Pipeline
Objective: Develop and maintain a validated pipeline of launch-ready products
Metrics:
-Number of product ideas researched and validated monthly
-Number of products launched per quarter
-First 90-day sales & review performance

Actions:
-Run research & validation using Helium 10 and market analysis
-Coordinate with suppliers, creatives, and PPC
-Maintain and update Product Pipeline Tracker

KPI 2: Conversion Rate Optimization
Objective: Improve listing performance through CRO strategies
Metric: Conversion Rate (%) from Amazon Business Reports
Actions:
-Optimize listings, copy, and A+ content
-Improve visuals and run split tests
-Monitor and iterate based on data and performance feedback

Qualifications & Skills
Required:
-3+ years of experience managing private label brands on Amazon
-Proven success with multiple product launches
-Deep understanding of Amazon SEO and the Amazon algorithm
-Expertise in Helium 10, keyword research, and listing optimization
-Skilled in briefing and coordinating designers and content teams
-Familiarity with A+ content, storefront management, and conversion tracking

Preferred:
-Background in marketing, branding, or e-commerce growth strategy
-Knowledge of CRO tools and testing platforms (e.g., ManageByStats, Splitly)
-Experience using tools like Asana, Notion, or Trello for project management
-Awareness of PPC’s influence on organic ranking

-High attention to detail and ownership mentality
-Strong marketing sense and customer-centric thinking
-Excellent written and verbal English communication
-Organized, self-driven, and proactive
-Analytical mindset – able to turn data into decisions
