About the job:
AMZ-Expert is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing one to two brands, depending on the size of the accounts. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in account management, performance optimization, and brand expansion across multiple marketplaces.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist with day-to-day tasks related to Amazon account management, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
- Help monitor and manage Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) processes, including inventory tracking, shipment coordination, and addressing any fulfillment issues.
- Compile and analyze sales data, prepare reports to track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings to ensure accurate and appealing presentation on Amazon.
- Help conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance operational procedures and overall performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Amazon policies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Amazon Account Management is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Training or education in Amazon Account Management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic.
- Innate drive to exceed expectations.
- Competent writing skills.
- Preferably, some experience in graphic design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Equipped with a reliable PC/laptop (minimum specifications: i5 processor, 8GB RAM)

Compensation and Benefits:
- The rate is $3 per hour paid biweekly through Wise.
