About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Brand Manager to join our remote team and support the day-to-day operations of multiple Amazon brands. You’ll act as the key liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring smooth communication, clear reporting, and accurate implementation of brand initiatives—especially related to catalog merchandising and listing management.
The focus will be on client relationship management, coordinating internal deliverables, and ensuring account success through excellent communication and operational follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients (brand owners)
-Provide regular updates and maintain strong client relationships
-Implement brand audits based on internal processes and SOPs
-Manage and maintain product catalogs and merchandising on Amazon Seller Central
-Coordinate internal team tasks (PPC, SEO, Design), and track progress
-Prepare PPC performance reports (no hands-on management required)
-Create design briefs to be handed off to internal design team
-Perform basic quality assurance checks before deliverables are sent to clients
-Ensure deadlines and service quality standards are consistently met
Required Qualifications
-3+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central account management
-Proven experience in catalog management, listing optimization, and troubleshooting
-Strong communication skills—fluent written English is a must
-Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
-Able to follow SOPs and manage implementation tasks across teams
-Experience creating reports and coordinating deliverables with internal staff
-Based in the Philippines (or with significant overlap in North American or UK time zones)
Preferred Qualifications
-Exposure to Amazon SEO or keyword optimization (internal training provided)
-Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
-Expertise such as ?catalog management, listing optimization, SEO, and troubleshooting (experience with flat files and knowledge on Amazon tools such as Helium 10), as well as good communication and account management skills since parts are client facing.

You’re someone who thrives on structure, communicates clearly, and loves making sure things get done right and on time. You know your way around Amazon Seller Central and are comfortable taking ownership of a brand’s backend catalog, while keeping clients informed and engaged.
