Ready to take charge of Amazon FBA operations? We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager who knows Seller Central inside and out and can drive account success from day one.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central operations (customer service, account health, etc.).
Conduct daily listing audits to ensure accuracy and top performance.
Respond to customer inquiries swiftly and professionally.
Process refunds, replacements, and address negative feedback.
Monitor account health, resolving performance issues proactively.
Identify and analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level.
Troubleshoot stranded inventory to maximize sales.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
2+ years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
Strong grasp of SOPs & structured workflows.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis & reporting.
Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a knack for keeping listings in top shape.
Familiarity with business & accounting principles (a plus).
Availability to collaborate within team hours.
