About the job:
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the performance of multiple brands, typically three or more. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, expanding brand presence across various marketplaces, and ensuring that all brand objectives and KPIs are met. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, data analysis, and hands-on management to drive brand success and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee and optimize the performance of multiple brands, typically three or more, ensuring each brand achieves its goals and performs well across various metrics.
- Facilitate and manage the expansion of brands into additional marketplaces, identifying and leveraging new opportunities for growth.
- Conduct daily operations, including monitoring account performance, handling routine tasks, and ensuring seamless management of all brand-related activities.
- Track and analyze sales data to ensure targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Address and resolve customer service issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all customers and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Enhance and optimize product listings to boost visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates on all relevant platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve account and listing issues efficiently, minimizing any potential disruptions to brand performance.
- Assist in developing and executing strategic plans, contributing to the overall growth and success of the brands.
- Provide regular updates on brand performance, needs, and any issues, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Ensure that all brand target KPIs and goals are consistently met, driving continuous improvement and achieving business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Amazon account and brand management, with a strong track record of optimizing and growing Amazon FBA operations.
- Proficient in managing Amazon FBA processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and performance optimization.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proven ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients and tea
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools, with experience in creating and interpreting reports and dashboards.
- In-depth understanding of Amazon’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and effective management of account activities.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Equipped with a reliable PC/laptop (minimum specifications: i5 processor, 8GB RAM)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate will be determined based on experience.
