JOB OVERVIEW

COMPANY: TheVault (seven-figure e-commerce portfolio, four Amazon storefronts)
SCHEDULE: 9:00–5:00 ET (flexible within Eastern Time). Five days a week
TYPE: Remote
COMP: Competitive base & performance bonuses

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We need a seasoned Amazon Virtual Assistant to safeguard multiple Seller Central accounts (health, compliance, risk) while actively conducting retail/online arbitrage product research during calm periods. Your work prevents suspensions, speeds up reinstatements, and feeds profitable ASINs into our pipeline. We are prioritizing account health management over product researching.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
— 2+ years hands-on Amazon account health/compliance management
— 1+ year proven arbitrage product research experience (RA/OA), with profitable track record.
— Fluent English; excellent written communication for appeals and Amazon correspondence.
— Reliable computer and internet; responsive on ---------- and Zoom during ET work hours.
— Knowledgeable Excel/Google Sheets skills
— Proficiency with SAS and Keepa mainly. Familiarity with Tactical Arbitrage/RevSeller/Jungle Scout/Helium 10 (or similar).
— Solid grasp of Seller Central workflows: case logs, Policy Compliance, listing errors, flat-file uploads, reimbursements, SAFE-T, and A-to-z claims.

PRIMARY CADENCE: When no violations exist, focus on arbitrage research (sourcing & vetting) while performing periodic health checks. If a violation appears, immediately switch to mitigation and resolution until cleared.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Begin and end each shift with a full Account Health sweep: Performance Notifications, Policy Compliance, Voice of Customer, A-to-z, Chargebacks, Stranded/Inactive listings.
— Daily policy compliance review for active SKUs; flag gaps and suggest fixes before they escalate.
— Run risk assessments on new/active ASINs (brand/IP history, gating, authenticity, category restrictions, hazmat).
— Audit inventory for compliance mismatches (generic vs branded, variation misuse, wrong attributes, image/packaging discrepancies).
— Draft and submit appeals/Plans of Action/escalations with clear root cause, corrective, and preventive actions.
— Partner with product/compliance/ops to prevent repeat violations via checklists and SOP updates.
— Track recurring issues; recommend process improvements that tighten compliance and reduce defect rates.
— Administrative support as assigned (documentation, flat files, reimbursement tickets, case follow-ups).

PREFERRED/ BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
— Amazon VA training certification(s).
— Experience with InventoryLab and Sellerboard (or comparable P&L tools).
— Exposure to Walmart Marketplace policies; ability to transfer Amazon best practices to Walmart.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
— Quarterly performance bonuses for meeting team goals.
— Competitive pay compared to other employers, with incentives tied to account health and sourcing outcomes.
— Supportive, process-driven team with tools, SOPs, and coaching to help you win.
— Growth path in a fast-moving, seven-figure e-commerce operation.
