Role Overview:

We need a creative and self-motivated Social Media Manager & Content Writer to:

- Manage our social media accounts
- Write engaging content
- Design visuals like infographics and carousels

Daily Responsibilities:

- Monitor engagement across platforms
- Research content ideas
- Write in brand voice for social posts and newsletters
- Design visuals using Figma or Canva
- Proofread and edit content
- Schedule posts across platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Engage with our audience
- Manage junior teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- Send daily reports and time-tracking

Required Technical Skills:

- Excellent written English communication skills
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Basic proficiency in Figma or Canva

- Reliability: Punctual and dependable

Work Schedule:

- Full-time (40+ hours/week)
- Flexible hours: Monday - Friday. Reasonable overlap with Central time in the US.
- Required availability: Around posting time 7 pm - 10 pm Manilla time
- Weekends and Holidays:
- Schedule all content in advance to minimize weekend work
- Light work for 1-2 hours on Saturday and Sunday, with a compensatory half-day off on a weekday
- Bonus pay for weekend or holiday work
- Vacation:
- Planned and requested in advance

Salary:
$800 - $1,500 per month, depending on experience and skills
