We’ve been online for over 15 years.
We’ve hired over 18 virtual assistants and automation staff into long-term roles — and you know who always rises to the top?
Not the loudest. Not the most polished.
But the smart, hungry ones — the people who are trying to break in and prove they can learn, build, and deliver.
That’s who we’re looking for.
???? WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
You’re logical, detail-focused, and like working with structured systems
You may not have built webhook systems yet — but you’ve dabbled in Airtable or APIs
You’re willing to do homework, figure things out, and get things done right
You’re someone who follows instructions, asks the right questions, and delivers clean results
You want real work, not test gigs — and a 5-star review you’ve actually earned
????? SKILLS WE ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT:
? Must-Have ? Not Needed
Airtable (bases, views) Zapier / Make expertise
Understanding of APIs Google Sheets automation
Ability to test webhooks Enterprise app integrations
Good written responses Fancy resumes
???? WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Set up a clean Airtable base using our SOPs and structure
Connect that base using custom webhook calls (Node.js, Python, or lightweight scripting)
Trigger data actions when tasks change state (like when a VA is assigned or status is updated)
Work with WOOFY (our internal AI system) to log, track, and version your work
Help us document your logic so others can maintain it later
? HOW WE HIRE:
We don’t care about buzzwords — we score every applicant using a transparent matrix
We prefer newer freelancers or those trying to prove their worth
You get paid per milestone. If the task isn’t complete and approved, it doesn’t get paid
If you’re smart, structured, and honest — we’ll coach you and grow you
If you fake it, you won’t last a week
???? TO APPLY:
Please send all four of the following:
A real resume (PDF, not Google Docs — doesn’t have to be pretty, just real)
A short intro (2–3 sentences) about who you are and what makes you a fit
An answer to this question:
What’s the most complex thing you’ve figured out on your own, and how did you do it?
Confirm that you're comfortable working in Airtable + testing webhooks using sample payloads or scripts
(Optional) You can also tell us what excites you about working on structured automation — but only if it’s real.
???? All replies, resumes, and logic answers will be evaluated in our internal AI system using a live scoring matrix.
We want thinkers. Builders. People who give a damn.
If that’s you — prove it.
