I am looking for a part-time manager to oversee 17 Airbnb properties in Los Angeles. The work schedule is 3-4 days per week (2 days on, 2 days off), with 12-hour shifts.
Main Responsibilities:
1) Guest Communication:
Promptly responding to guest inquiries via Hospitable, phone calls, and
Ensuring a positive guest experience before, during, and after their stay.
2) Listing Optimization:
Updating property descriptions, photos, and pricing to maximize bookings.
3) Reporting & Record-Keeping:
Providing daily reports on guest check-ins and check-outs.
Keeping track of cleaning, maintenance, and supply expenses.
4) Problem Solving:
Quickly addressing issues such as last-minute cancellations, overbookings, or guest complaints.
5) Airbnb Support Interaction:
Communicating with Airbnb support to resolve disputes, account issues, or guest complaints.
Ensuring cases are followed through to full resolution.
Handling invoices, cancellations, and review-related concerns, including the removal of unfair reviews.
Compensation:
Salary: $200 per month
