Role Responsibilities:
As an Airbnb Virtual Concierge & Virtual Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Guest Services: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, assist with check-in issues, and manage reservations.
- Damage & Insurance Management: Handle claims, security deposit deductions, and refunds; review CCTV footage when necessary.
- Cleaning & Laundry Coordination: Schedule cleaners, review cleaning photos, manage invoices, monitor supplies, and oversee deep cleaning and laundry pickup/delivery.
- Marketing & Performance: Respond to guest reviews, optimize listings, and prepare monthly performance and revenue reports.
- Maintenance & General Admin: Coordinate maintenance tasks, conduct business-related research, and assist with special projects.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
Experience:
- Must have worked directly for Airbnb (not just hosted or managed listings).
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant in the short-term rental industry is essential.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Guesty and Asana is essential.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), PMS platforms, and general tech-based problem-solving.
Communication:
- Strong customer service skills and confidence in interacting with UK-based clients.
- Excellent written and verbal English is required.
Work Environment:
- A reliable workstation, computer, and a fully functional mobile phone.
Mindset:
- Adaptability, eagerness to learn, and the ability to grow with the company.
Position Details
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM (London time) with a one-hour break.
