Hostier is a rapidly growing short-term rental (STR) and property management company. We manage a portfolio of Airbnb and vacation rental properties, delivering exceptional guest experiences while continuing to expand our operations.

We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant who is seeking a long-term career opportunity and has proven experience within the short-term rental industry.

Essential Requirements

Please only apply if you meet the following criteria:

* Minimum 2 years of Short-Term Rental (STR) experience
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Experience communicating with guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
* Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup

Preferred Qualifications

The following would be highly advantageous:

* Previous experience working directly for Airbnb
* Experience using Airbnb, ---------- , VRBO, Hostaway, Enso Connect, Guesty, Hospitable, Lodgify, or similar STR platforms
* Experience with Notion, Airtable, Slack, and Google Workspace
* Previous Virtual Assistant experience

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties may include:

* Managing guest communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms
* Handling inbound and outbound calls
* Managing reservations and guest journeys
* Coordinating cleaning schedules and maintenance requests
* Managing guest issues and escalations
* Email management (maintaining a zero-inbox approach)
* Monitoring and responding to guest reviews and feedback
* Administrative support, reporting, and data management
* Communicating effectively with tea ---------- mbers via Slack

Working Hours

* 48.5 hours per week
* Rotating schedule within our operating hours of 09:00–22:00 GMT
* Weekend and public holiday coverage required
