About Us
We are Goodwick Hosting, a Luxury Short-Term Rental (STR) company based in Florida. Currently operating 28+ Airbnb properties with a strong intent to scale to 40+ vacation rental homes.

JOB/ROLE
Position: Airbnb Virtual Assistant
Term: Long-term employment, 40+ hrs/week
Salary: negotiable based on experience
Shift: 3:00pm - 12:00pm EST (1 hr break)
Experience: More than 2 - 3 years of experience working with a Short-Term Rental Company.

Skills & Qualifications
• Fluent English, strong communication skills for guest interactions.
• Attention to Detail – Strong organizational skills for managing reservations, guest details, and cleaning schedules.
• Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with property owners.
• Problem-Solving Skills, quick thinking to resolve issues such as last-minute cancellations or maintenance requests.
• Tech-Savvy & Fast Learner – Comfortable using booking platforms, CRM tools, and task management software (e.g., Upgrade to see actual info, Slack, Hostfully).
• A positive outlook, resourcefulness, initiative, quick-to-learn, and a strong work ethic.
• Brings innovative ideas to help the company operate more efficiently and effectively.
• Adaptable to change and open to evolving business processes.
• Reliable Internet & Quiet Workspace – A stable connection and dedicated work environment.

Role’s Main Responsibilities
• Guest Communication: Handle general customer service, guest requests, conflict resolution, extensions, and cancellations.
• Listing Management: Create new listings, update listing details, pricing, availability, and rules.
• Technology Management: Operate and maintain business applications such as Hostfully, Airbnb, VRBO, Ring, Upgrade to see actual info, Excel etc
• Coordination: Work with cleaners and managers to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet cleanliness standards.
• Claims & Reviews: Manage Airbnb damage claim disputes and review removal processes.

4. If a cleaning team fails to prepare a property on time and a guest is checking in soon, how would you handle the situation?
5. How do you prioritize tasks when multiple guests have urgent issues at the same time?
6. Write a professional response to this guest review:
“The house was nice, but check-in was confusing, and we had trouble reaching the host. Not the best experience.”
7. What are your available working hours (including weekends or night shifts if needed)?
8. Why do you think you’d be a great fit for this role?
