Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Airbnb Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb portfolio. This is a remote position requiring 24/7 availability to handle guest communications, optimize listings, and ensure the smooth operation of all short-term rental properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all Airbnb bookings and inquiries through Lodgify, our property management system integrated with Airbnb and other platforms.

Utilize PriceLabs for dynamic pricing to ensure our listings remain competitive.

Provide 24/7 communication with guests, including responding to inquiries, managing check-ins and check-outs, and addressing issues promptly.

Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready.

Regularly update and optimize property listings, including updating photos, descriptions, and amenities to enhance visibility and booking rates.

Monitor guest reviews and ratings, implementing strategies to maintain high ratings and positive feedback.

Troubleshoot issues with listings or guest experiences and find quick and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing Airbnb or other short-term rental properties.

Familiarity with Lodgify, PriceLabs, and other property management tools.

Strong communication skills and the ability to remain professional under pressure.

Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.

Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
