Airbnb Customer Service / Operational Manager Wanted for Fast Growing Tech Company

**Who We’re Looking For:**
Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication).
Proven experience in short-term rental or property management.
Familiarity with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) and property management tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in communication tools such as email, chat, and scheduling platforms.
Social media management experience is a plus.

**What You’ll Do:**

As our Operations Manager & Airbnb Specialist, you'll keep our homeowners happy and ensure that guests have an amazing stay at our properties across the U.S. You will handle the following:

Airbnb (and other booking platforms) support issues (including removing reviews when applicable/necessary)
Communicate with guests
Handle additional operational tasks
Work with both online and in-person team members to improve our operations
Continuously strive to make our culture and workplace a positive and productive environment

**What You Need:**
Flexible work schedule including the ability to work weekends
Excellent at solving problems and quick to learn new things.
Vast experience and knowledge working with Airbnb and other Booking Platforms
Vast experience and knowledge working with Guesty
Must have a reliable internet connection


**Pay and Perks:**
Earn between $9-$11 per hour, depending on your experience.
Your pay will be a combination of base salary and performance based bonuses
