Airbnb & Cleaning Services Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to manage BOTH our Airbnb properties and house cleaning services. This role involves handling guest communication, managing bookings, coordinating cleaning schedules, and assisting clients seeking cleaning services. Sales communication experience is required

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST

$300 USD PER MONTH

Airbnb Management:

Communicate with guests, handle bookings, and monitor check-ins/outs.
Create claims with Airbnb when necessary and resolve guest issues.
Coordinate with cleaning teams to ensure properties are ready for guests.
Book keeping and supply management

Cleaning Services Coordination:

Answer phone calls from potential cleaning clients, take customer details, and provide pricing.
Enter client information into cleaning software and schedule services.

Qualifications:

Phone Sales Closing
Critical thinking skills to solve problems and handle guest/client concerns effectively
Previous experience in property management or customer service.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with software for booking and scheduling.

Day to day tasks, but not limited to :

Cleaning Company
-Managing In bound calls for potential cleaning customers
-Provide quotes
-Close Customer
-Enter Customer information into booking software
-Follow up with customer to ensure everything was done correctly
-admin tasks

Airbnb Company
-Reply to guest inquiries via chat in under 2 minutes (bulk of information regarding a booking is provided to guests via automated software, check in/out info, house rules, access instruction, etc.)
-Monitor vacancy and upkeep of units
-Communicate with cleaner
-dispute reviews when needed
