Our company is a fast-growing U.S.-based recruiting firm specializing in agriculture and agribusiness roles across the United States. We are building a team of international full-cycle recruiters ready to take the U.S. Agriculture industry by storm!
This position is ideal for experienced recruiters who are competitive, driven, highly organized, excellent communicators, and eager to earn significant income based on performance. To join us you must be hungry, driven, competitive, and capable of producing consistent results.

Job Summary
Full-cycle recruiters will manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, reference checks, and candidate submissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using any effective method, tool, platform, or strategy
- Conduct phone-based screening interviews and reference checks
- Prepare and submit high-quality candidate packets
- Maintain real-time accuracy in the ATS and Google Drive
- Follow up consistently with candidates and internal tea ---------- mbers
- Own assigned roles from intake through placement
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics
- Communicate clearly and professionally at all times
- Develop and refine recruiting strategies for all assigned roles, clients, and regions.
- Shorten time-to-fill for all roles, and especially hard-to-source roles.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience (agency strongly preferred)
- Fluent, clear English with neutral or very mild accent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Highly tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly (ATS, task boards, AI tools, CRMs, spreadsheets)
- Strong problem-solving ability and independence
- Competent at LinkedIn sourcing and talent research
- Able to learn about the Agriculture industry and our clients very quickly
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
- Driven, persistent, and money-motivated
- Track record of successfully filling hard to source roles
- Ability to work U.S. business hours

Work Schedule
- Required availability: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Recruiters maintain autonomy over their daily break periods, provided they remain available for candidate/team interactions and meet all performance expectations
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary to meet deliverables, especially during onboarding and the probationary period.


Compensation
- Competitive performance-based compensation (base + commission)
- Base pay structured as a draw against commission

Contractor Rest Allowances
Rest as needed, as long as you are meeting performance requirements and milestones.

Growth Opportunities
- Leadership or management experience is preferred but not required. We are growing rapidly, and high performers may progress into Team Lead or Manager roles within 3–6 months, with the opportunity to build and manage their own recruiting teams and receive additional compensation tied to team performance.
