## Position Summary

The Security Agency Operator is responsible for monitoring security operations, dispatching officers, coordinating emergency response activities, maintaining communication with clients and field personnel, and documenting i ---------- accurately. ## Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, GPS tracking systems, and access control platforms
* Dispatch security officers and mobile patrol units to i ---------- and service calls
* Receive emergency and non-emergency calls from clients, officers, and the public
* Maintain constant radio, telephone, and digital communications with field personnel
* Document i ---------- , activities, and unusual events in daily activity reports
* Coordinate emergency response procedures with law enforcement, fire rescue, and management
* Track officer schedules, assignments, and patrol completion

## Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required
* Florida Class D Security License preferred or required depending on assignment
* Prior security, dispatch, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to remain calm during emergencies and high-pressure situations
* Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, email, and report writing
* Ability to multitask and monitor multiple systems simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
* Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
