About the Role

Shop Super Discounts is an online clothing store for men and women. We ship for free anywhere in the United States using USPS. Our discounts range from 10% to 90% off. We need an Affiliate Manager to find and support affiliates who will promote our products to US customers.
You work from home. You set your own days and hours.

Your Tasks
Find affiliate marketers and invite them to join our program
Suggest affiliates for approval
Share tips, advice, and encouragement with your team
Help affiliates use our free training and product videos
Stay in touch with your team (casual chat is fine, but important things go by email)
Send any problems or technical issues directly to Shop Super Discounts

What You Are Not
You are not an employee. You are an independent contractor. This means:
No required schedule or set hours
No one tracks your time
No one tells you how to recruit
No quotas or minimum posts required
You never pay affiliates – we handle that
You cannot change commission rates or remove affiliates

Pay and Bonuses
Weekly base: $120 (based on 40 hours of availability at $3/hour)
Performance bonus: 10% commission on sales from affiliates you recruit, but only after your team hits $600 in weekly sales
Paid via PayPal
Base pay sent every Friday. Bonuses can be daily, weekly, or monthly
Minimum guarantee: You always get at least $120 per week. If commissions are lower, we add the difference.
